Position Purpose

NPA Recovery
Role & Responsibilities (Primary Responsibility- Secondary
Responsibility)
1) Team Recovery Head will be overall Incharge and
• For Big ticket NPA accounts, Visiting alongwith Recovery
Executives.
• Monitoring the daily progress of Recovery Executives.
• Weekly Recovery Target
2) Recovery Executives will be assigned with
NPA accounts within the
vicinity of that Region/ nearby Area of operation.
• Account wise visiting the borrower place.
• Modular approach based dues calculation
• Monthly Recovery Target of Rs. 20 lakh
• Daily MIS data reporting to Team Recovery Head
Job Specific skills Experience in NPA account Recovery in any Banks, NBFCs, or other financial Services.
Qualification : Graduation
Well Versed with computer Knowledge and in MS Office, EXCEL
